Refund policy

At Glow & Glow, we offer a 7 Days Easy Return Policy for your convenience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
